Information in this document applies to any platform.
1) Users go to Support or Helpdesk case > Notes tab.
2) Select an existing note and choose "EMAIL" button.
3) An Outbound Notification page appears. Select the receipient and enter the email details....then hit SEND. The email is sent.
4) The user is brought back to the case notes page and the Outbound Notification is NOT recorded on the case notes.
