Course Session Planner - Facility Vendor Does Not Default (Doc ID 1598867.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a session is created using the Course session planner, if the Facility is associated with a Vendor, the vendor ID doesn't default onto the session - it remains blank.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
On the Location, Instructor page, the Vendor ID should default

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Under Enterprise Learning> Define Training Resources> Training Facilities, Facility SD55 is linked to Vendor ID ANFA
2. Under Enterprise Learning> Define Course/Cost Details> Course Session Planner, Course Code SD 55 is linked to Facility SD55
3. When Course Session Setup was selected, on the Location, Instructor page, the Vendor ID does not default

Note: If the session was created through Course Session, once the Facility is entered, the Vendor ID defaults
