EAM: Fatal SQL Error At Performing Transactions To An Asset Having Chartfield Values In The PS_COST Table (Doc ID 1599222.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to perform a Transfer or Recategorizing or any other transactions on this asset and save. Fatal SQL error is seen
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an asset in PC having the chart field values of business_unit,project_id,activity_id and send it to AM thru PC_AM
2. Load the asset in AM using AMIF1000 process.
3. Perform a Transfer or Recategorizing or any other transactions on this asset and save. Fatal SQL error is seen.
