EGL9.2: Allocation Group Copy Comments Not Copied (Doc ID 1600417.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Allocations

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When user copying Allocation Group, the comments are not getting copied.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Allocation Group Copy comments get copied to the new allocation group

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Allocations > Define and Perform Allocations > Define Allocation Group and bring up an existing allocation group
2. On the page, click copy symbol to copy this allocation group to new group and enter the new allocation group name on the pop-up screen.
3. Once Allocation group is copied, review new allocation group created and note that Comments are not copied across.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users have to manually enter the comments for the newly created allocation group from copy.
