EAR9.2: AddAttachment Failed When Uploading Attachment In View/Update Conversations (Doc ID 1600429.1)

On : 9.2 version, Accounts and Balances

When attempting to add attachment in View/Update Conversations the following error occurs.

AddAttachment Failed

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Accounts Receivable > Customer Interactions > Conversations > View/Update Conversations and open a conversation or create a new one.
  2. Add a new attachment and error 'AddAttachment Failed' pops up.
  3. The same attachment can be added to payment worksheet.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add attachments to conversations.
