ETL 9.x: Why Isn't The Payable Detail Page Populated With The OPRID And APPRV_PRCS_DTTM Fields From Reported Time? (Doc ID 1601124.1)

Goal

We implemented T&L last year Oct, and we have noticed that OPRID (approver) and APPRV_PRCS_TIME never been updated based on TL_RPTD_TIME information. We do have data in these two fields OPRID and DTTM_MODIFIED in TL_RPTD_TIME, however, after TL_TIMEADMIN run, OPRID and APPRV_PRCS_TIME never updated in TL_PAYABLE_TIME. For auditing purpose, we would like to see this info on the Payable Detail page, since we don't require payable time approvals. Can you tell us, why these two fields are not updated with the value from reported time?
