When a password is expired and a user logs into PeopleSoft. The user is directed to the expired password changed component. The user changes their password. Then the user logs in again, even minues later, the system says that the password is expired. This affects only PT 8.52 & 8.53 releases.

Password change should take once changed

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup password controls in PeopleSoft
2. Set a user's password to expired
3. Login with that user and change the password
4. Login again and you get the password expired message

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot change an expired password. This affects ALL users
