Reported time Archive for cross over punches.

The reported time archiving process is missing the punch in records for over night shifts for the time we are trying to archive. In looking at the code it makes sense as we are only archiving rows with the same DUR and the punch in records for overnight shifts is not the same as the dur in payable time.

REPLICATION STEPS
=================
1) enter cross over timesheet
Reported Time:
A 12 hour overnight shift
Punch In - 7:00pm 01/01/2013, DUR - 01/01/2013
Punch Out - 7:00 AM 02/01/2013, DUR - 02/01/2013
2) Run Time Admin
3) Run Archived process for the template TL_PYTM2, Archive data to the
history
02/01/2013 day.
4) Run reported time archive on 02/01/2013
The process finds 02/01/2013 and archives any Reported Time found, which is
only one row. The 01/01/2013 row is left in the Reported time table because
the DUR does not match the Payable Time DUR.
