Goal

When running a PO or ePro change request on a dispatched PO, the PO_POCHNG process automatically sends an email to the requester that looks like this....

Subject: Error and Warning Notification (Process Name: PO_CHNG_NOTIFY, Category: NOTIFY_REQUESTER)

Error and Warning Notification
Requester Notification of PO change request action.
Process Name: PO_CHNG_NOTIFY
Category: NOTIFY_REQUESTER
