Symptoms
Supplier Registration>Manage Invitations to invite bidder to register.
Bidder follow the e-mail hyperlink 'Register as Bidder' in step 1 of 6
Enter the 'access code' and click next: encountered error
Error: Registration template is not defined for this Access code. (10320,315). You cannot proceed with registration steps when Registration template is not defined
