ETL 9.1: Time Admin Not Creating Paid Break, How Can We Make This Work? (Doc ID 1604772.1)

Goal

Employees are not required to enter break punches when going on a break. This causes an issue with there rule that will pay an employee for any break less than 20 mins. Because there is no break entered the rule is not invoked, how can they enforce this or get their rule to work in the following instance?

Punch in task1 8 AM punch type 1
Meal Out task1 12 PM punch type 3
Meal In task1 12:30 PM punch type 1
Punch Out task1 3 PM punch type 2

Punch in Task2 3:10 PM punch type 1
Punch Out Task2 5:0 PM punch type 2
 
Can you please provide the navigation and steps to define the minimum break duration?
