Two or more PeopleTools 8.5x based environments are being configured to propagate new and existing User ID data via delivered Integration Broker service operation USER_PROFILE. The user authentification is done with LDAP and the configuration is such that when a new User ID is created, this happens under a predefined User ID that has correspondent permissions the USER_PROFILE service operation on all integrated environments, and works fine.
However, once a new User ID is created, and the new user signs on and updates something in their profile, for example the password, the USER_PROFILE Pub Contract may fail with the below error:
Why is this error happening in that scenario and how to prevent this error and ensure smooth user profile data synchronization?
