When an applicant is hired through Manage Hires with a future effective date, the system creates a profile for the employee and transfers profile items from the applicant record to the new employee person profile. The Person Profile is created with a status of "inactive." Is there a process that needs to run to make these inactive profiles active on the effective date of the hire?
