When attempting to click on the 'Search' button in Dun & Bradstreet Lookup/Order the following error occurs.

ERROR

Integration Synchronous Handler: No destination node can be determined for the request on node E920ZXZX. (158,963)
DB_LOOKUPRQ_WRK.DO_SEARCH.FieldChange PCPC:2247 Statement:39

After applying filters for sender specified routing, node transactions, relationship transactions and the PeopleCode event OnRouteSend, a destination node cannot be found.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  • Navigate to Customers > Customer Information > Dun & Bradstreet Lookup/Order and click on the 'Search' button.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use Dun & Bradstreet functionality.
