Job Opening ID set incorrectly after using Fix Counters Button (Doc ID 1606865.1)

Symptoms

 
On : 9.1 version, Set Up HRMS > Install > Product and Country Specific > Recruiting Installation
 
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When using the Fix Counters button, the Job Opening ID incorrectly uses Job Opening IDs used in searches made by applicants when calculating the Last Job Opening ID used.
 
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Only Job Opening IDs assigned to Job Openings should be used. Applicants can enter anything in their searches.
 
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Check the Job Opening ID on the Recruiting Installation > Last Assigned IDs page (Set Up HRMS > Install > Product and Country Specific > Recruiting Installation). In this environment the Job Opening ID is 994488.
2. Sign in to Careers.
3. Create a Saved Search using a Job Opening ID that is greater than the ID on the Recruiting Installation > Last Assigned IDs page. For this test I used 999000.
4. Note that the search has been saved in record HRS_AGNT_PROF.
5. Go to the Recruiting Installation > Last Assigned IDs page (Set Up HRMS > Install > Product and Country Specific > Recruiting Installation) and click the ‘Fix Counters’ button.
6. Note that the Job Opening ID has been updated to the number from our saved search (999000).
