Even though Coherence*Web has been installed/configured in the PeopleSoft environment, stateful failover is not working: if the user is accessing a WebLogic PIA that goes down, they get a blank screen or spinning wheel. If user refreshes the browser, they may get sent back to sign in page.
The PIA_servlet log (located in <PS_CFG>/webserv/<DOMAIN_NAME>/servers/PIA/logs shows this message when it attempts to redirect user to another PIA:
