Line Attachments are not Visible on a Copied Requisition until Saved and Viewed in Manage Requisitions (Doc ID 1607929.1)

 When user copies a Requisition with attachments, the line attachments are not visible on the new Requisition until they save it and view it in Manage requisitions

Steps to recreate the issue:

  1. Create a Multi Line eProcurement Requisition
  2. Line 1 has 1 comment and 3 attachments
  3. Line 2 has 1 attachment with no comment
  4. Save and Submit the Requisition
  5. Create a new Requisition . Use Copy from Existing Requisition from Manage Requisitions page
  6. Use action Copy Requisition. Check the Copied Requisition. Do not Save and Submit the copied requisition
  7. See Line 1 . It only shows comments but no attachments
  8. See Line 2 . It only shows comments but no attachments
  9. None of the attachments are visible when you look at each line on the new copied Requisition – only the comments appear to copy.
  10. Save and Submit the Requisition now. Ensure Requisition is approved
  11. Now attachments are viewable and can be seen
