Referral Source Required Is Not Working (Doc ID 1608060.1)

Symptoms

In HRMS 9.2, the referral source option checked as required is not working when applicant applies for a JO.

Steps:
1.- The Referral Source Required option is checked in the Resume Template.
2.- The Resume Template was not defined in the Recruitment Template.
3.- The Resume Template was defined at the Site level.
4.- Create a new Job Opening.
5.- Go to Careers Site and apply for this new job.
6.- The Referrals section is blank.
7.- In the Review/Submit step, you can also see the Referrals section is blank. Submit the application.
8.- The application was submitted successfully.
