Symptoms

On : 9.1 version,

Site has recently applied 9.1 MP 9,10,11 and 12 in development environment.
When running escalation process NEM_MAIN, the process is failed with below SQL error at AE PC step (EOAW_NEM_PRC.MAIN.Step02) (PeopleCode)

 Statement: insert into ps_eoawnem_status (eoawnem_errdetail, eoawnem_datetime, eoawnem_event_id, eoawnem_matches, eoawnem_status) values ( :1,to_timestamp(:2,'yyyy-mm-dd-hh24.mi.ss.ff'),:3,:4,:5)
 Original Statement: INSERT INTO PS_EOAWNEM_STATUS (EOAWNEM_ERRDETAIL, EOAWNEM_DATETIME, EOAWNEM_EVENT_ID, EOAWNEM_MATCHES, EOAWNEM_STATUS) VALUES ( :1,%datetimein(:2),:3,:4,:5)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up AWE workflow for journal approval.
2. 1st user didn't approve the journal hence NEM_MAIN job on Notifiation and Escalation reassign this workflow to another user as defined.
3. NEM_MAIN job which includes AE EOAW_NEM fails with above SQL error.
4. Noted in the Peoplecode trace, EOAWNEM_STATUS has value 'TRUE' assigned but record field PS_EOAWNEM_STATUS.EOAWNEM_STATUS is defined as char type with length 1 as delivered.
