The Holiday pay is not calculated wrongly.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

An issue with the average daily wage returned for employees who have disregard days as a result of unpaid leave or maternity leave.  The rule OE HR ROLL AVG does not bring back the correct results in cases where the employee has segmented pays and has disregard days.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The rule OE HR ROLL AVG should show correct results in cases where the employee has segmented pays and has disregard days.

STEPS
-----------------------

The employee KH0001 has 2 segments in Jan due to dept change from 15/Jan
 
Give a positive input for EARNING SCK LVE PAY for the second segment as shown below:
  Jan 2013 payroll is calculated and finalized.  
In segment1, accumulators EO AC DISREGARD WG, EO AC DISREGARD UNIT are 0 and accumulator OE AC ROLLAVG is 6334913.15
In segment2, accumulators EO AC DISREGARD WG, EO AC DISREGARD UNIT, OE AC ROLLAVG all are non-zero.
 
Calculate and finalise payroll for the subsequent months till May13. In the June13 calender, a positive input is given to SCK LVE PAY  to have all 3 accumulators resolved in June payroll.
