When attempting to process the Time and Labor Load process the program abended.

In Pgm Section : INSERT-PAY-EARNS
With Return Code: 00805
Error Message : ORA-00001: unique constraint (SYSADM.PS_PAY_EARNINGS) violated
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create paysheets
2. load entries to paysheets from custom inteface
3. Run TL Load process
Due to this issue, they cannot continue and finish payroll with time loaded from Time and Labor.
