'Save For Later' Button does not Save Requisition Header Comments (Doc ID 1610014.1)

Symptoms

On : Requisition Create, Save for Later button does not save Requisition Header comments


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Ensure Workflow is enabled
  2. Create an eprocurement Requisition > Add items >Add a header comment to the requisition
  3. Click 'Save for Later'
  4. Go back to Manage Requisition and choose the requisition for editing. Notice the header comment was not saved.
