Symptoms

Category prompts on Special Request, Requisition Settings and Mass Change pages are not honoring the requester assigned catalogs

 REPLICATION STEPS
=================

1. eProcurement > Administer Procurement > Maintain Procurement Users > Requesters.  Enable the 'Use Only Assigned Catalogs' checkbox

2. Under the Catalog Information section assign the XXXXXXX catalog.  Save the page

3. Create a new requisition and add a special request item

4. Select the search prompt for category

5. On the search dialog page you can search for categories or you can browse the category tree

6. In both cases you will see all catalogs listed when you should only have access to XXXXXX

7. This is also an issue for the category search prompts on the Requisition Settings and Mass Change pages
