CR_RC_CASE search definition fails to deploy when the product group table contains no values.


Starting program PTSF_GENFEED
Process PTFPSESARCH completed successfully
Fetching array element 3: Index is not in range 1 to 2 (180,252) RC_STG_CASE.CASEDTLS.GBL.default.1900-01-01.Step01.OnExecute
Process 73167 ABENDED at Step RC_STG_CASE.CASEDTLS.Step01 (PeopleCode) - RC = 8

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. PeopleTools > Search Framework > Administration >Deploy/Delete Object
2. Select RC_RC_CASE
3. PeopleTools > Search Framework > Administration > Schedule Search Index
