EPY: What Actions Are Captured on PY_IC_DD_AUDIT? (Doc ID 1611863.1)

Goal

Question 1: Issue appears to be raised in Bug 11435212 : PSFT 1542476000-PY_IC_DD_AUDIT DOES NOT REPORT ACTIONS OTHER THAN 'A'.  Specifically, if (only) one of two direct deposit entries are edited, an audit record (Audit_Actn = 'A's is generated for each of the two direct deposit bank account records). It seems that a single audit record noting the change to the altered record should be generated.
 
Question 2:  How can you setup auditing for PS_DIR_DEP_DISTRIB?
