Wrong Error Messages pops up while creating eProcurement Requisition (Doc ID 1612118.1)

Symptoms

 Wrong Error Messages pops up while creating eProcurement Requisition. There are 2 issues reported in this KM Document

ISSUE 1

1. After leaving the Business Cards page without entering any data on that page, re-enter the review and submit tab, the special item info can’t be editable, an error message pop up.

2. After deleting all the items added from the Templates, we can’t access the Business Cards page, an error message pop up.

REPLICATION STEPS

ISSUE 1    
----------
After leaving the Business Cards page without entering any data on that page, re-enter the review and submit tab, the special item info can’t be editable, an error message pop up.
Navigate to eProcurement>Create Requisitions.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create an eProcurement Requisition

2. Go to the 1st tab and click the Line Defaults icon. Enter the desired Default values. Click Continue.
    
3. Click the Special Item link
    
4. Enter the item information and click Add Item
    
5. Click the Review and Submit link to go to the 3rd tab    

6. Click the item link. See the item information is changeable, click the Forms link

7. Click the Business Cards link. Click Cancel
 
8. Click the Review and Submit link to go to the 3rd tab again

9. Click the item link again. A message pops up (See the Error 1 for detail)

10. User cannot change the special item information after going to Business Cards page without entering any data on that page

    

REPLICATION STEPS

After deleting all the items added from the Templates, we can’t access the Business Cards page, an error message pop up

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create an eProcurement requisition

2. Go to the 1st tab and click Continue

3. Go to the Templates tab

4. Enter the Quantity and click Add    

5. Click the Review and Submit link to go to the 3rd tab    

6. See the items are added here    

7. Select all the items and click Delete. Click Yes.    

8. See all the items are deleted now

9. Click the Add Items and Services link to go to the 2nd tab

10. Click the Forms tab. Click the Business Cards link

11. A message pops-up.(See Error 2 for details)

12. But User have deleted all the items added from the Templates now. It is not right
