EAP: DB2 Specific - Payment Post Creates RSA Line Due to Monetary and Foreign Amount Differences

In DB2 database, monetary amount and foreign amount created by payment posting for Cash Account are different causing RSA line.
Issue occurs when payment currency equals business unit and bank base currency, but transaction currency is different, and there is change in exchange rates generating realized loss.
1. Navigate to Accounts Payable > Vouchers > Add/Update > Regular Entry, and create voucher for Australian BU, which is not withhold applicable. Gross amount is 550000 JPY and this is being divided among 9 distribution lines.
2. Post the voucher
3. Create the payment
4. Navigate to Accounts Payable > Batch Processes > Payment > Payment Posting, and post the payment
