Supplier Contract Management Installation Options - Verify Server Setup Fails (Doc ID 1614943.1)

Goal

 On Installation Options-Supplier Contract Management page, after Enabling Rendering for .doc and/or .pdf, hitting the Verify Server Setup button results in the following error:

       Connect to application server (//XXXXXXXXX:12345): SUCCESSFUL

         Test to render document in .doc format: FAILED (External function 'CSLibraryVersion' not available (2,126) CS_DOC_ACTION.RequestHandler.OnExecute Name: OnRequest PCPC:1055 Statement:56)

         Test to render document in PDF: FAILED (External function 'CSLibraryVersion' not available (2,126) CS_DOC_ACTION.RequestHandler.OnExecute Name: OnRequest PCPC:1055 Statement:56)

App Server log shows the following:
PSAPPSRV.4760 (30) [XXXXX-01-XXXXXX:32:XXXXXXXXAPPSERV@JavaClient IntegrationSvc](2) Unable to find external function 'CSLibraryVersion' in library 'csdocutil.dll' (called by CS_DOC_ACTION.RequestHandler.OnExecute)
