Last updated on FEBRUARY 07, 2019

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise FIN Payables - Version 9.1 to 9.2 [Release 9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

In the ISO file ISO_CT_03, <SvcLvl> Service level tag is missing PAY_IMMEDIATELY field.

1. Set Up Bank External Account as follows: (Navigation: Banking > Bank Accounts > External Accounts)
  Payment Method: EFT
Settle By Financial Gateway with Layout: ISO_CT_03
2. Create Voucher (Navigation: Accounts Payable > Vouchers > Add/Update > Regular Entry)
3. Run Pay Cycle (Navigation: Accounts Payable > Payments > Pay Cycle > Pay Cycle Manager)
4. Dispatch the Payment in Financial Gateway (Navigation: Financial Gateway > Process Payments > Payment Dispatch)

<SvcLvl> Service level tag is completely missing.

In our code we have condition for <SvcLvl> tag. If the value of PAY_IMMEDIATELY is ‘Y’, then we populate <SvcLvl> tag with value “SVDA”. The voucher loaded into FG have a blank value for PAY_IMMEDIATELY and hence <SvcLvl> tag is not populated in xml file.

When AP loads data to FG thru AP_FG_PROC process, they are loading blank value for PAY_IMMEDIATELY field in this process. So if AP subsystem pass this value to FG, then <SvcLvl> tag will be populated.
