EAP: Express Payment issue with Payment Currency when logged in Language other than English (Doc ID 1616173.1)

Symptoms

When logged in as Canadian French, the Payment Currency is not populated by default. Therefore, when selecting the Express Payment hyperlink, an error message occurs instructing to manually enter a value for the Payment Currency.

ERROR
II n'y pas de taux de change disponible pour la conversion de a CAD. (7250,125)


STEPS
1.  On the Log In screen, select Français du Canada then log into the system
2.  Create a Bank Branch and External Account
3.  Create a Voucher for the External Account created in Step 2
4.  Save the Voucher
5.  On the Voucher > Payments page, click on the Express Payment (Paiement express) hyperlink
6.  Above error occurs
