AWE does Not Reinitialize in Edit Mode After KK Process is Run While Editing a Requisition (Doc ID 1616645.1)

After applying SRM bundles from 10 to 26 there are issues with the Budget Check functionality. When users edit requisitions and try to budget check the KK status remains in not checked.

Replications steps for epro requisitions which have been successfully budget checked and submitted to the workflow and are pending approval.

1.)Create an epro requisition.
2.)Successfully budget check and submit to the workflow.
3.)Requisition is in pending approval status.
4.)Edit the Req and make a change to accounting string, quantity, etc.
5.) Requisition will not budget check . Budget checker DOES NOTHING.
6.) Save and submit does nothing.

Replication steps for denied requisitons.
1.)Create an epro requisition.
2.)Successfuly check budget.
3.)Save and submit to the workflow.
4.) Deny the requisition
5.) Edit the Req and either change the accounting string(i.e. account) or quantity
6.) The budget status changes to Not checked
7.) Attempt to budget check the requisition.

The budget status remains at not checked.
