No matching buffer found for level (15,26) Error While Approving Requisition with Attachments

Symptoms

It seems there is an issue while deleting the requisition lines having comments and attachments.The data in the PS_PV_REQ_ATTCH is not getting deleted though the data in PS_REQ_LINE got delete for that particular line.


Error:

No matching buffer found for level. (15,26)

When retrieving data for a page, a data value was retrieved for which there was no matching data value at a higher level scroll entry.  (For example, at scroll level 2, a value of ABC was read in and scroll level 1 contained this higher level field but did not have a row with a key value of ABC.)  This usually occurs because of an error in a database record or view; or because of improper deletion of values in a database.  Correct the page definition or contact your system administrator.


Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Approval Chunking is Disabled at eProcurement installation options

2. Multi_Comments Role action is disabled and not mapped to any role at eprocurement role action

3. Approval Workflow is Enabled at Purchasing BU Definition > Req Change Option

4. Workflow is enabled for Requisition. Any Sample Workflow can be taken for this scenario

5. Create a Requisition using Special Request item > Add a Special Request Item > Add to Cart> Checkout

6. Add a Comment and Attachment to Line 1 > Click Save for later

7. Click on ”Add More items” to add another Special Request Item > Add to cart > Checkout

8. Add a Comment and Attachment to Requisition Line 2 > Click Save for Later

9. Leave the page or component. Navigate to Home > Main Menu > Some other page and then come back

10. Return to the same component and open the Requisition we have saved in earlier transaction

11. Select Action Edit > Go > Delete the First line

12. Click Save and Submit. Approval Workflow Triggers

13. Logout and login as Approver. Navigate to eProcurement > Manage requisition approval

14. Click on the Requisition ID link > You get this error message

No matching buffer found for level. (15,26)

15. Same error if we drill down Approvals Icon on Manage requisitions page or choose Approvals from dropdown and hit go button.
