Symptoms

Emails are not routing to manager or employees when Mass Update is used by an ePerformance to create ePerformance Documents for multiple employees.

Replication Instructions
================
1.    Login as PS
2.    Navigate to Workforce Development > Performance Management > Performance Documents > Create Documents
3.    Enter document creation parameters
4.    Run Creation Process
5.    Process Runs to Complete
6.    Check Creation Results to verify that it was successful.
7.    Check emails server – No emails were received by manager or employees
