Goal

The compa-ratio displayed on the compensation cycle is rounded up; for example, a compa-ratio of 1.0367 rounds up to 1.04 in the configurable matrix.  Since the percentage of increase is based on the configurable matrix and compa-ratio, the employee is given an incorrect increase amount.  Is there a way to control how the compa-ratio is rounded?
