Requisition Attachments not Visible to Approver (Doc ID 1623887.1)

Symptoms

Requisition attachments not visible to approver .

 

Steps to recreate the issue:

  1. Eprocurement installation option –Approval chunking is Disabled
  2. MULTI_COMMENTS Role action is enabled
  3. Workflow is enabled. Any Sample workflow can be taken.
  4. Create a Requisition of one line with Special Items with comments and attachments
  5. Save and Submit the requisition
  6. Leave the previous requisition as it is. Create another requisition. Use copy requisition from manage requisition.
  7. Click on Copy requisition
  8. Click on Line Comments Bubble
  9. Delete the Attachment copied from previous requisition
  10. Click Add attachments again and Pick an attachment to Add. The new attachment is added successfully
  11. Edit the comment and click OK
  12. Save and Submit
  13. Login as Approver and navigate to Worklist
  14. Click on Line Comments Bubble
    1. Result:  The attachment is gone. This is the issue raised.
  15. Similarly Navigate to Worklist again and Click of Edit requisition
  16. Click on Line comments Bubble
    1. Result: The attachment is gone.
