eMail Collaboration (EOAWEMC) is not processing Approval Response Emails (Doc ID 1624407.1)

Symptoms


EOAWEMC is not processing emailed approval response emails; was working in production just fine but stopped this morning and have not had any pickups since that time. process runs successfully and shows no errors


EOAWEMC should poll, pickup, and process messages in the email repository and update the corresponding transactions with the correct status


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. run EOAWEMC
2. Process completes to success
3. on IB service operations monitor note that the SAC_EMC (for requisitions) is not incrementing and the reqs remain in pending approval
    EOAWEMC cannot update and process transactions and approval cannot complete
