E-VERITY- Verity And SES Search Not Working Together In PT 8.52, Questions on Global Search (Doc ID 1625502.1)

Symptoms

When 'Display Global Search in Header' is enabled (PeopleTools->Portal->General Setting) and user does a search under Menu, error seen is,
'You are not authorized for this page- https://<xxxx.com/psc/vzehpra/EMPLOYEE/HRMS/c/PORTAL_ADMIN.PTSF_GLOBAL_SEARCH.GBL?>
SEARCH_TEXT=EARNINGS&SEARCH_TYPE=MENUSEARCH&MENU_SEARCH-CAT=PTPORTALREGISTRY'

According to the doc, PeopleSoft HCM 9.1: FAQ for PeopleSoft SES Search (Application Search and Search Pages) (Doc ID 1429909.1)


If SES and Verity can be used together, what is the cause of the error? is enabled (PeopleTools->portal->General Setting) and user does a search under Menu, search isn't working. Its seen going to PTPORTALREGISTRY on SES.
