The application should deliver a solution for controlling and granting the recess of trainees to meet the Brazilian trainee legislation by Law 11.788/2008,
The trainee can have a 15-day recess in the first 6 month traineeship and more 15 days in the second 6 months of traineeship or have the 30 consecutive days between the 7th and 12th month of traineeship. This is mandatory.
If the manager does not schedule the recess of the trainee until the 10th month of traineeship, the application should automatically register his/her recess for the 11th month of traineeship.
