Error Message: "Invalid Bank Information".

Expected Behavior:
-------------------------------
AR_PAYLOAD process should create deposits when payment is entered through Excel Payment Upload Process and the deposit business unit is blank under User Preferences (Receivables Data Entry 1) or deposit business unit under User Preferences (Receivables Data Entry 1) is different than the deposit business unit of the payment being loaded.

Steps to Replicate:
--------------------------

  1. Assign deposit business unit under User Preferences (Receivables Data Entry 1) or keep it blank.
  2. If deposit business unit on User Preferences (Receivables Data Entry 1) has some value, then load payment for a deposit business unit other than for a deposit business unit on User Preferences (Receivables Data Entry 1) by Excel Upload functionality. 3. Run Excel Edit Request.
  4. Run Process Payment Interface with the option of 'Upload from Excel'.
