E-AS: Web Server Sometimes Tries to Access a Non Existent Application Server Domain in PeopleTools 8.52 (Doc ID 1628012.1)

For PeopleTools release 8.52 up to 8.52.11, if one of the application server domains in an application server fail over setup gets down abruptly, e.g. if someone takes out the network cable, server crash ( both host and JSL port down), the web server sometimes does not fail-over to an active application server, it keeps on trying to connect to the same application server domain which is completely down, giving errors like below:



The only way to stop this is to bounce the Webserver.
