ELM 9.2: In HCM, Missing System Data for Service Operation Setup Table for ELM Full Sync Integration Guided Process 9.2 (Doc ID 1629645.1)

Symptoms

 When Create Integration Process Request for Integration Group Name LM FS FOUNDATION DATA, received an error message.


Error:
 
Unable to create an Integration Process Request for the Integration Group specified.
The Integration Group contains services that are not defined in the Integration Process Service Operation Setup Table.


Steps to Replicate Issue:

Prerequisite:
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps outlined in document "ELM Full Sync Integration Guided Process" (Oracle Red Paper dated August 2013).

1) Log in HCM as System Administrator
2) Navigate to Set up HCM > Common Definitions >Guided Process > {select
from drop down "Learning Management Integrations Full Sync Process"}
3) Notice receive error message,  "Unable to create an Integration Process
Request for the Integration Group specified.
The Integration Group contains services that are not defined in the
Integration Process Service Operation Setup Table."

4) Navigate to Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Integration Process > Service 
Operation Setup Table, notice no system data exists.
