Why Does the Delivery Signature Link Not Display or Does Not Expand on Handheld Devices when Using the PeopleSoft Mobile Inventory Management Product?

You are using the PeopleSoft Mobile Inventory Management product and you have enabled the Delivery Signature functionality by selecting the 'Delivery Signature Required' option at the Installation Options level (navigation: Set Up Financials/Supply Chain, Install, Installation Options - Hyperlink: Mobile Inventory) and/or at the Purchasing Business Unit level (navigation: Set Up Financials/Supply Chain, Business Unit Related, Purchasing, Purchasing Definition).
However, when creating a Delivery on handheld devices and accessing the 'Delivery Feedback' page, the 'Signature' link is either not displayed or it does not expand. Why is that?
