EAP: Invalid Worklist Entry (124, 311) error when opening Worklist Entries for Voucher Approval Workflow Engine (Doc ID 1631688.1)

Symptoms

User is getting an error when trying to open Vouchers for approval using the Worklist. It works fine if the User has the PeopleSoft Administrator role.

ERROR
Invalid Worklist Entry (124, 311)
Worklist entry referring to has a renamed or non existing BusinessProcess / Activity / Event / Worklist

STEPS
1) Turn on Approval Framework (AWE)
2) Create a Voucher
3) Submit it for Approval
4) Approver clicks on the Worklist entry
5) Above error occurs
