PeopleTools Test Framework (PTF)

When attempting to log in to PTF, the following error occurs:

There was no endpoint listening at https://<machine name or ip address>:<https_port>/PSIGW/HttpListeningConnector that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details.
