After I installed the Oracle Client from the PI, cannot find the tnsnames.ora file from this location: C:\oracle\product\11.2.0\client_1\network\admin.
There is a copy of one in the Samples directory, but nothing in the admin folder. Can the one in Samples be used?

I'm not able to login to the PeopleTools Application Designer, due to this error:
File: SQL Access ManagerSQL error. Stmt #: 2 Error Position: 0 Return: 12154 - ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified
Invalid User ID and password for signon.
