Symptoms
The TimeAdmin has a Period ID called WEEKEND that covers Saturday and Sunday.
If a date is on a week day then it does not fall within this period. Since the End Date in question is a Thursday, it does not fall within the WEEKEND rules Start/End Period.

STEPS

1. Submit elapsed time via TCD on 7/27/13 & 7/28/13.
2. TA run automatically as the TL_INSTALLATION table is set to run TA upon Submit.
3. TA abends at Steps (TL_TA000400.DA000.Step040) (Do When)
