E-UPG: During Upgrade, encrypt.log Shows Only "AccessProfile" As Encrypted, But Not All Users In PSOPRDEFN Table are Encrypted (Doc ID 1635025.1)

Symptoms

This was encountered while performing PeopleTools ONLY Upgrade, i.e., Upgrading PeopleTools from PT8.49.11 to PT8.53.06, however it could happen with PeopleSoft Upgrade as well.

While creating Demo data base for PeopleTools Only Upgrade, it is observed that the import script ran to success. But we when checked the encrypt.log it is found that "Access Profile" is only encrypted, instead of all users in PSOPRDEFN table.

Successful completion

Password of all OPRIDs present in PSOPRDEFN table did not got encrypted and the flag "ENCRYPTED" did not changed from 0 to 1 post encrypt.dms run.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install and configure a demo database.
2. Install higher PeopleTools version.
3. Log into the DataMover in bootstrap mode
4. Run the Database setup from Data Mover, (in bootstrap mode).. select Demo option during this process.
5. Upon completion of this demo database creation, open the encrypt.log file
6. it shows the oprids are not encrypted

Password of all OPRIDs present in PSOPRDEFN table are not encrypted.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Password of all OPRIDs present in PSOPRDEFN table should be encrypted.
