Goal

When submitting data for the first time using ExcelToCI for TR_EXTERNAL_TRANSACTIONS_CI_V2, an error is received:

ERROR
Error when changing value {TR_EXTERNAL_TRANSACTIONS_CI_V2.BNK_RCN_TRAN(1).ACCTG_TMPL_ID} (91,34). 

However, if it is submitted a second time, without changing anything, the transactions are okay.

STEPS
1) Excel file PRUEBA-TR_EXTERNAL_TRANSACTIONS-DEMO-11Nov.xlsm
   Click on Add-Ins (Menu)
   Click on Stage data For Submission
   Click on Submit data
   User id/Password: VP1/VP1
   Component Interface Name: TR_EXTERNAL_TRANSACTIONS_CI_V2
   There are 3 transactions:
   1- ERROR. Message " Error when changing value {TR_EXTERNAL_TRANSACTIONS_CI_V2.BNK_RCN_TRAN(1).ACCTG_TMPL_ID} (91,34)"
   2-OK
   3-OK

   Do NOT change anything
   Click on Submit data again (second time)
   There are 3 transactions:
   1-OK
   2-OK
   3-OK

The trace shows that this issue is caused by BUSINESS_UNIT=' '

SELECT SETID, BUSINESS_UNIT, ACCTG_TMPL_ID, DESCR60 FROM PS_TRA_BSP_TMPL_VW WHERE BUSINESS_UNIT=' ' AND ACCTG_TMPL_ID=:1 ORDER BY SETID, BUSINESS_UNIT,ACCTG_TMPL_ID
