Vendor Name Does Not Show In Japanese On The Search Page Of Both PO Entry And Express PO (Doc ID 1636167.1)

Symptoms

Vendor name does not show in Japanese on the search page of both PO Entry and Express PO

We have created vendor information with both Japanese and English. However, vendor names show in English instead of Japanese.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Take a Multi Lingual Environment > Login using Japanese Language
2. Navigate to Add/Update PO page or Add/Update Express PO page
3. Search for Existing PO's
4. Check the Vendor Description. It is in English instead of Japanese.
