Symptoms

When you open a dispatched purchase order, create a change order and save it the page will say pending approval, but when you look at the PO header table it will have a PO status of open. Again if you make another change and save the order, you will get a page data inconsistent error because of the PO Status discrepancy between the component buffer and the database.

Error:

Page data is inconsistent with database. (18,1)

Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Take a dispatched PO
2. Click the change order button
3. Change the vendor ID(Optional) (if you do this step, make sure Vendor ID is not required for re-approval)
4. Click the edit comments(or Add Comments) hyperlink
5. Click + Sign to add a new comment
6. Give the comment text
7. Click OK
8. Click Save
9. PO Status shows as pending approval (Where as database shows as Open) (This is the issue)
10. Being in the same page, Change any field Like PO Ref
11. Save the PO
12. The Page data inconsistency error occurs
